CALAMITY PROOF HOUSING

640_2013_11_13_12_47_44.jpgNatural Disasters are something we cannot oppressed, they always occur anytime and anywhere it was destined to pass. There is no stopping it or even preventing it from happening. As a part of the worlds cycle it has benefits and drawbacks; let us focus on the drawbacks, in Philippines for example; most of you know that our country is near the pacific ring of fire meaning we are often the pathways of storms.

THE OUTCOME

  • LOSS OF LIVES
  • LOSS OF HOME
  • LOSS OF RESOURCES
  • LOSS OF HOPE

This has been happening every year and someday we might just run out of alternatives. There have been countless of attempts to patch up the damages for temporary like (evacuation villages) but it does not solve anything. We cannot rely on tents for a home, what if the day comes that most of us are affected by the storms? we all live in a tent?

We are a group of aspiring architects who dreams of a safe home and peaceful community wherein people do not need to worry about natural disasters that has been haunting us for years. Through a long time of research we manage to formulate a solution that will hopefully remove the fear of our nation.

A Disaster proof housing for those in need.

This house can withstand

  • earthquakes
  • storms
  • volcanic eruptions
  • tsunami

Our target is to bring homes to the people mostly in VISAYAS because of bagyong yolanda. But to ensure the safety of our people we decided to make it a nationwide project, with the approval of the government we will launch in the nearest future. BRINGING BACK THE FILIFINO SMILES AND PRIDE:)
